Launch of the Pilot Project "EAI Academy"

We are excited to announce the launch of the pilot project "EAI Academy," an initiative by Doris and Jerome designed to bring together young professionals from member companies. The goal of this project is to facilitate networking, share experiences and work methods, and instill the values of our Association in the future generation of managers, ensuring the continuity and growth of EAI International.

The pilot project will take place from September 22nd to 28th in Pont-l’Abbé, near Quimper in Brittany. Each day, participants will dedicate 4 hours to remote work for their companies, while the remaining time will be spent on technical activities, team-building exercises, group cohesion activities, and various challenges.

Since the project is in its pilot phase this year, serving as a test to optimize the organization for future editions, we have asked 8 members of the Board of Directors to participate voluntarily. All costs will be covered by the participating members.

A daily report will be made and can be followed by everyone through the usual communication channels.
