Highlights from the 37th EAI International Annual Congress in Marseille

From October 24 to 29, 2024, EAI International held its 37th annual congress at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Marseille. This flagship event for professionals in accounting, auditing, and business advisory brought together participants from across the globe to discuss critical topics, celebrate achievements, and shape the association's future.

The diverse and engaging program addressed key contemporary issues, including:

The EAI Awards, highlighting innovation and excellence among member firms, were another highlight of the event.

A Historic Leadership Transition

This congress marked the end of an era with the departure of Yves Marguerat, who has served as EAI International's president for 12 years. Yves was warmly acknowledged for his visionary leadership and exceptional contributions to the association's success.

The presidency was passed to Doris Moraschi, the first woman to hold this esteemed role. Doris outlined her ambitious vision for EAI 2030, pledging to continue the association's legacy of excellence while embracing innovation to meet future challenges.
